I have this tips for people with balance problem like me . I always casual lay on something , sit down or grab hold in a tree or whatever . This make me feel better and not so shaky in my legs like I usually do when I stand and not holding anything . So to not have to worry about my epilepsy , and if I shall fall - do one of these things to get a perfect picture . Well I wore kinda pleased with this one either way lol .
